We recently took a vacation and I ran into some difficulty with a few of our passports. It totally took the pressure off of us on our family vacation to go and find a solution. They agents become your personal concierge. It adds a bit of luxury and relaxation to the planning and enjoyment of your trip.

Most importantly....there is NO extra cost for their services! Trust me, I know for a fact that the same price that is quoted by Disney or cruise lines is the same quote for Cupcake Travels. The customer is not paying the fee for the services, Disney, a cruise line, or Sandals Beach Resort is paying for their services. It is undoubtedly a win-win situation.

For Disney, they booked my trip, ordered my wristbands, handled any dining reservations, and set up my fast passes.

On our cruise the booked it, picked the best locations for our cabins, guided us on our excursion plans and booked our dining times. (You can still use them if you have points with a certain Cruise line)

For a group trip (a 200 person Senior trip), all accommodations went through them. They set us all up at the same dining time, and all of the dining tables were in the same vicinity. They handled a group party on the ship and even sent one of their agents, Jenni Marrone, on the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly....and it did!
