Booking within this group not only allows you to take advantage of group amenities that are selected by the group leader (see below), but group rates (not promotional rates booked into the group) are 100% fully refundable, up to the final payment date. The group amenities could include one of the following, selected by the group leader: 

On board credit per cabin, private cocktail party,  Champagne & Chocolates, Tote Bag, Bottle of Wine (all subject to change).

  We welcome you to do your homework & present us with any lower rates you may see on your own. This includes reduced deposit promos!  Past Guest rates, casino rates, etc. - all of them are able to be booked,  as long as we are informed ahead of time that you have a special rate!  The only stipulation to booking promotional rates that are advertised by the cruise lines is that they come with their own cancellation policies.

Most of the promo rates are non-refundable, so please be aware of this ahead of time!

Cruise lines in general do not have single cabins.  The cost for a single passenger is two cruise fares with one set of taxes, port charges, government fees and gratuities.  Thus, the price is almost the same as for two. 

3rd and 4th Guests priced upon request.   

We need to price that individually as it is not a contracted rate.  This far in advance, it should not fluctuate much for a few months.   A full deposit will be due for any cabin  holding over two people.  The reason for this is that you must have an immediate cabin assignment  as there are limited  number of cabins for multiple passengers. 

We CAN book promotional pricing into the group (past guest, early saver, casino, etc.).  Any promotional sale rate may also be booked into the group.  However, the promotional rate rules will preempt the group cruise rate rules (ie: cancellation policies, etc.).  This will allow you to enjoy the sale rate along with the group amenities.

These amounts vary by the length of the sailing and the itinerary.  These can be prepaid at final payment or added to your onboard Sign and Sail account at the end of the cruise. These gratuities pay your waiters in the dining room and your cabin attendants. 

Each reservation will be assigned a payment schedule.  You will be alerted to your due dates upon booking.

Payment Installments may be made to Cupcake Castles Travel Company's payment portal, at any time.

Monies are then charged to your booking, directly to Carnival or Royal Caribbean.  No money is paid to the travel agency.

Cupcake Castles Travel Company encourages clients to take optional Travel Insurance.  Pricing varies per person based on age and total package price. Please inquire for pricing.

A passport is highly recommended. Legally, you may cruise with a state issued birth certificate along with a government issued photo ID, since you are sailing on a closed loop (your trip begins and ends at a U.S. port) sailing. However, without a passport, you would not be allowed to fly home if there was an emergency. You would need to finish the cruise. Since this is an ever-changing area of interest, please always reference this site for official documentation.

Participants who require special assistance must have a traveling companion who is capable of and willing to accept total responsibility for providing needed assistance. Please inform Cupcake Castles Travel Company if you have any special needs including physical, dietary requirement or pregnancy. All cruise lines have guidelines pertaining to these conditions that we must adhere to.
